With the FLXA202, there is no need for multiple analyzers, since it is easily scalable at the site location by swapping the internal measurement module to what is needed, giving you more flexibility and optimizing your OPEX.
SENCOM™ pH/ORP Sensor FU24F
The FU24F is an all-in-one digital smart pH and ORP sensor made with a chemical resistant PPS 40GF body for harsh pH applications. It is particularly useful in harsh applications with fluctuating pressure and/or temperature. These processes shorten sensor life because the process fluids move in and out of the sensor under influence of frequent pressure and/or temperature fluctuations. This results in fast desalting and dilution of the reference electrolyte which in turn changes the reference voltage causing a drifting pH measurement.
SC25F Digital SENCOM™ pH 12 mm Sensor
The SC25F is Yokogawa’s first 12mm combination design digital smart pH sensor. It includes an integral temperature element and a Liquid earth electrode. This design provides a large electrolyte volume giving the sensor longer life than most comparable pH electrodes.
FU20F Digital SENCOM™ pH/ORP Sensor
All-In-One pH and ORP digital smart sensor that keeps the motto “Simple is best” while combing the sensor with built-in intelligence and direct digital communication. The FU20F sensor features four separate elements (pH, reference, temperature, ORP) allowing for simultaneous measurement of pH and ORP is possible with one sensor in a rugged Ryton (FU20) body. The integral NPT threads on the sensor or the Quick Release Adapters make installation convenient and allow easy removal of the sensor for cleaning and calibration.
SENCOM™ PC Software
The SENCOM™ PC Software, SPS24, offers a unique means to optimize the performance of pH/ORP sensors for enhanced reliability and process safety. The software allows the operator to monitor pH/ORP sensor performance, calibrate and configure various parameters.
